inden turen gik videre i byen ;-)
Man sidder ti

Strive and party
9 weeks have just flown by and the internship is
successfully completed, and you start to feel a bit stressed with completing
you internship report, so that you go on holiday without having the report in
mind.
On Friday we are all moving back to Doi Che in
district 2 again. And Saturday we all go our different ways for 14 days as we all
have our separate trips and some of the girls get a visit from their
boyfriends.
The last few days/weeks haven't been much exciting
since I have done much besides the internship and writing on the report, so
there haven't been much to blog about. But last Friday Nete, Louise Mathilde
and I agreed that now we needed to do something else - out and overturn Ho Chi
Minh City :-)
It was a really good night out that already started at
3-4 o'clock in the afternoon with getting ready and champagne/grape wine in
cozy company. (It has to be said that we all had the day off from our
internship. :-)
At approximately 6 o'clock pm we took a taxi to
district 1 where we went to our favorite place Jaspar's for
dinner and a cocktail or two before we hit the town ;-)
The next day you couldn’t get us to do much because of
tiredness. We were just able to get out of bed and take a taxi in to Al
Fresco’s to get breakfast/lunch/dinner. The rest of the Saturday was used on
series and cosiness with the girls – Nete & LM.
Sunday was it again about time to write on the report
again. There is a cafe shop at the Big C shopping center where we sit and write
almost every day. It is ten times more comfortable to sit there than at the
hotel room, and then you are just near food and drinks at all time and you
don’t have to interrupt your writing more than necessary.
Sunday, late afternoon, we (Liv, Nete, LM and I) took
a taxi from the café shop to district 1 and had our dinner at Indian restaurant
– Ganesh. It was really delicious. Kind of a food orgy with different courses
that we all splitted. It is defiantly a place to eat a couple of more times
before we go back to Denmark.
Talking of Denmark.. Then it is just around the corner
and almost time for us to go home. It is crazy to think that we have been here
for 3 months and there is just a month left, which consist of school with a
special project that sounds very exacting.
But first there is a small vacation waiting :-)
On Saturday it is time for a 5 days trip to Halong Bay
with Liv. We have booked a 3 days cruise and we are so looking forward to it.
Hopefully the weather is with us so that we can lie on the deck and get some
sun :-P
Ready for a night out <3
